At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of quality craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original shoebox or packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
